The idea of starting out on my own has always been a dream and finally this year, 2024, I decided to take a leap of faith and start this dream.

 

Hi and welcome to my company! My name is Melanie and I'm passionate about HR. Some may ask why? And the answer is very simple I love watching employees and organizations thrive together.

 

A bit about me, I've been in HR over 10+ years. I was raised in a construction entrepreneurial family where hard work and efficiencies were rewarded. And those are the companies I enjoy working with who can relate to those values.

Over my career I have extensive experience in HR leadership demonstrated in private industry, non-profit, family run business and government. Throughout these industries, I've consistently produced results that align strategically with an organizations goals with excellent recruitment, team engagement, succession planning, compensation reviews and leadership building.

I have specialized experience creating full HR programs that are completely integrated with the organizational strategy from simplifying job descriptions, to job postings, to the on-boarding process to compensation structures and all the pieces in-between.  One of my strongest skills is being able to weave all these items together to ensure that each of the items scores the importance of them and give employees clarity and understanding of how they directly impact the strategic goals of your organization .

My passion is Human Resources. I love to see when managers and employees work together and are both confident and comfortable within their roles that they can focus on their work instead of the pettiness of work politics. Employees become engaged and flourish under sustainable HR programs.
